How long does shipping take?

Once an order has been placed the processing time 3-10 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). Once a package has been dropped off it may take up to 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method you selected.

Can I make adjustments to my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, no you can not make any changes. We calculate tax with each order and have to weight each package. That will mess up the system we have in place. If it's a small adjustment that needs to be made like a wrong size model. You can email us asap before the order is shipped. MAKE SURE TO PUT YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER.

My Custom designed doesn't look like the design I seen before?

Yes, everyone custom item is handmade. These will be the same design but placement is different.

Can I take any image or logo of mine for a custom item?

Yes, as long as the image is clear and does not have any without any watermarks. I can get these images on phone cases and decals as well for the water bottle and tumblers.

Is pickup available?

Pickup is available for LOCAL MICHIGAN CUSTOMERS. In checkout for shipping choose "In person Pickup"

How do I track my order?

With every paid order you will receive a tracking number once the label has been created. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking to update. You can also track your package with the tracking number provided to you.
